Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and contact us. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items Commission pieces and custom orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. As all pieces are handmade, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Refund Processing Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
